What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
We use Stripe as our payment processor so that all of our payments are scary secure. We accept all major credit cards and can offer alternative payment methods upon request with an additional fee.
How Does Your Billing Work?
Sign up to create an account and manage your billing from our online dashboard. Subscriptions are billed on the same day each month or year.
Does Menu Monster Connect to My Point of Sale Platform?
No, Menu Monster does not currently connect to POS systems. Our tech is an extension that works when you log into your marketplace on a Google Chrome desktop browser.
We’ll notify you when you’ve reached your plan’s item limit and will allow you to upgrade on the spot. If you choose not to upgrade to a larger plan, some items will be excluded at random from your menu sync.
Does Menu Monster Store My Marketplace Login Credentials?
No, you’ll just need to be logged into your marketplaces on the same browser where you use Menu Monster.
Can I Use Menu Monster on My Phone?
No, Menu Monster can only be managed on a desktop browser.
Is The Cost of the Marketplace Subscription Included in Your Fee?
No, you must sign up for each marketplace’s membership on their respective websites. After signing up, our monsters will take over to manage your menus.
